Steam Frame?
Maybe soon.
I’m more and more interested in getting one. At first, I wasn’t sure if I really need another VR HMD. But my Beyond is giving me some issues. And the whole concept of the Frame also doubling as essentially a face-mounted Steam Deck is nice. I don’t use my Steam Deck much as I typically just play on my PC, but the added low-latency streaming of the Frame would make it nice for wireless gaming too.
Shows n stuff
Been watching a few shows over the past month.
I’ve finished Lain, it was alright, a little confusing but I liked it for the vibes mainly.
Currently watching through Delicious in Dungeon and Avatar: The Last Airbender. I’ve watched ATLA before but it’s been a looong time. Delicious in Dungeon is really good!
Still watching through Chainsmoker Cat weekly, though no episode last week unfortunately. I started to like this show more over time. First few episodes were just mostly gross but it gets funnier over time imo.

No Man’s Sky
The 10th anniversary happened recently! It’s been a few weeks now, haven’t really seen much on what the Cosmos update is yet. I’m curious to get back to it again when it’s out.

GTA VI
Honestly with them not having a phyiscal release on launch, I kinda lost interest. I’d have to get a whole console just to play it so might not be worth it. Oh well
Website Stuffff
My homepage has a cool activity feed now! ATProto makes it easy to integrate things like listening activity, reviews, posts, etc. etc. Even shows when I post new things on here!
Elsewhere…
ATProto has a Spaces Alpha now. I’ve been testing it out a bit on an alt. It should finally make it possible to implement a lot of things that people wanted out of Bluesky and other ATProto apps. Also makes Discord alternatives actually viable to be hosted on the Atmosphere.
VRChat
Lots of stuff happening over the past month. There was the official Moonchaser event which I’ve attended for a bit, but was not able to stay long. Found out about some other fun groups like _SEREN…
The World world that would be deleted in 24 hours by Crazium was finally deleted. I was there for the final moments. Truly an end of an era.
Anyway…
That’s it here. Can’t think of more to write about. I initially started writing this yesterday and thought I had more ideas but didn’t have time to finish it and now my mind is blank. Maybe I’ll follow up a bit another day, like usual.
I kind of want to write more on my pckt blog. It’s had some updates that make it nicer to use, and I’ve also updated my mirror parser so it looks a bit better when mirrored to PCKT.
